i un-installed ulx it was the cause for lagg.
I installed a new mod for admins, Evolve its smooth easy and great.

onnce i re-add u make sure to go into console and type:

bind +ev_menu

and thats all ill be on at 10am est and home at 9pm est so if ur not on when i am then u dont get admin untill u see me!
